Training & Support
At Variance Trading we place a tremendous emphasis on the importance of proper training and a courteous, well-informed support team. Our training & support staff offers the following:
- Access to a comprehensive user manual that is available in either a downloadable form or can be viewed online.
- Complete access to our support desk. Customers are able to speak with a representative that can assist them with any questions that may arise.
- Training on the order entry system by using our simulation mode. This allows for "paper trade" executions while new customers become familiar with the system and all of the available features. During this training period we encourage customers to thoroughly test themselves with all of the tools available on the trading platform.
- Finally- should a customer require access to the markets while away from his/her trading platform, our trading desk is available to assist them.
